Release of legacy charged on estates by the will of Mary Taylor, deceased. (i) George Gale of Wilstead Street, Somers Town [Middlesex], gentleman, one of the children of the Mary Gale, wife of Edward Gale late of Denmark Street, Golden Lane, Saint Giles Cripplegate [London]; (ii) George Christmas and Ann his wife; James Egram and Sarah his wife; John Perrin, Pattey Elliott and William Hurley and Maria his wife; Reciting: - will of Mary Taylor whereby Mary Gale was granted a legacy of £50 to be paid by Thomas Gale out of her estate (see R6/63/7/16); - will of Thomas Gale (see R6/63/16/9); - Stephen Taylor died on the 10th Oct 1793; - R6/63/16/14 &/15; - Elizabeth Gale died in Jun 1814 and William Elliott died in May 1810 leaving Pattey Elliott his widow; - said Mary and Edward Gale are both now deceased and George Gale has been granted letters of administration for settling Mary’s estate. Operative: - in consideration of the said legacy and interest being paid, (i) releases (a) unto (ii). Property: (a) freehold and copyhold estates late of the said Mary Taylor, deceased and devised by her will to Thomas Gale, deceased. - signed by (i); - witnessed and signed by P.Long, clerk to Messrs.
