Reciting: - R6/63/16/17; - R6/63/16/16; - said James Egram and Sarah his wife and William Hurley have indorsed over to (i) a certain promissory note of hand of William Cook of Ampthill, victualler and John Carte of same place, plumber for £50 given by them to John Palmer, deceased, late executor of the late Thomas Gale. Operative: - (i) at the request of (ii) and (iii) stand possessed of the recited mortgage sums and £50 upon certain trusts declared below. Declaration of trusts: - upon trust to allow (ii) to receive interest from the recited mortgages until decease of remarriage; - after, upon trust to divide and share the same into five equal shares and pay equally between (iii). - signed by (i), (ii) and (iii); - witnessed and signed by Harriet Davis, Elizabeth Appelby, John Hooper of Dunstable, Beds, solicitor and Nathaniel Cartwright his clerk.
