Property: (a) 4 cottages with stable, slaughter house, outbuildings etc. in Cranfield, Beds at the back of freehold property belonging to (ii) and now in the several occupations of Thomas Evans, William Evans and William Ford, bounded on the N or NW by the said freehold hereditaments, E or NE by property of Ann Green, S or SW by property of William Smith and on the W or SW by properties of James Bennett and the representatives of the late Norman Mead… ‘to which said premises the s[ai]d G.Burgoyne was admitted tenant at a court held in and for the s[ai]d manor on the 12th March 1903’. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (ii) discharged from the copyhold tenure previously attached to (a).
