Reciting: - HN10/346/9/2; - mortgage dated 30th Jul 1901 between (1) (iv) (2) John Thomas Green whereby (1) granted (a) to (2) for securing the repayment of £5500 and interest; - mortgage dated 5th Feb 1902 between (1) (iv) (2) John Manning whereby (1) granted (a-b) to (2) for securing the repayment of £2000 and interest; - Susannah Morris died on the 5th Nov 1903; - will of Mary Jane Morris whereby she appointed William Samuel Smith sole executor; - Mary Jane Morris died on the 26th Jan 1906; - William Samuel Smith died on the 21st Nov 1905; - letters of administration with the said will of Mary Jane Morris were granted to John Ashby on the 8th Mar 1906; - HN10/346/9/7; - John Thomas Green died on the 28th Dec 1904; - will of John Thomas Green dated 10th Nov 1900 whereby he appointed Frederic Thomas Tanqueray and William Samuel Smith executors thereof; - said will proved in the Northampton District Probate Registry on the 8th Mar 1905; - William Samuel Smith died on the 21st Dec 1905; - HN10/346/9/9; - HN10/346/914; - John Manning died on the 6th Feb 1908; - will of John Manning dated 4th Dec 1894 whereby he appointed Emma Elizabeth Manning & William Manning executors who duly proved the will in the Northampton District Probate Registry on the 7th May 1908; - £5000 remains owing on the security of the two recited mortgages dated 30th Jul 1901 [see HN10/346/9]; - £2000 remains owing on the recited mortgage dated 5th Feb 1902; Operative: - in consideration of the premises (i), (ii) and (iii) release (a-b) to (iv). Habendum: - unto and to the use of (iv) discharged from all mortgages secured on (a-b); Property (a-b) see (a-b) at HN10/346/9/21. - Including Cloghill of 29a 1r 25p which along with other property was conveyed to (iv) by Rebecca Cranfield on the 31st Dec 1901.
