Reciting: - supplement to a mortgage dated 12th March 1903 between (1) (ii) (2) Anna Letitia Pearse… ‘being a mortgage of certain freehold & copyhold heredit[ament]s situate at Cranfield in the County of Bedford for receiving £650 subject after the rate of £4 per cent per annum’; - Anna Letitia Pearse died on the 1st Aug 1908; - will of Anna Letitia Pearse dated 14th May 1903 whereby (i) was appointed sole executor; - (i) proved the said will in the Oxford District Probate Registry on the 26th Sep 1908; - £400 is owing to (i) on the security of the recited mortgage.
