Reciting: - (i) is seized of (b) subject to a mortgage dated 5th Feb 1902 and made between (1) (i) (2) John Manning for securing £2000; - mortgage dated 30th Jul 1901 between (1) (i) (2) John Thomas Green whereby (1) granted certain property in Wootton, Beds to (2) for securing the repayment of £5500 and interest subject to an additional mortgage bearing same date and made between (1) (i) (2) Susannah & Jane Morris; - will of John Thomas Green dated 10th Nov 1900 whereby he appointed (ii) and William Samuel Smith as executors; - John Thomas Green died on the 28th Dec 1904; - William Samuel Smith died on the 21st Dec 1905; - the mortgage sum of £5000 remains owing, £500 having been paid off. Operative: - mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £5000 with interest, (i) grants (a-b) to (ii) as further security for repayment of the original sum in the recited mortgage. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the recited mortgage on (b) and the usual mortgage provisos for redemption.
