Draft declaration by Henry Douglas Harris of Woburn, Beds, estate agent, concerning the title to property in Byfield [Northamptonshire]: - I am 35 years of age; - I have been well acquainted with two pieces of land respectively called the Pool Ground and Wanborough Quarter; - said premises were formerly in the occupation of Thomas Richard Jordan Billison then of Thomas Whitmill and now of James French; - said land was purchased by Henry Harris late of Woodford Halse [Northamptonshire] in the year 1889 and he conveyed the land to George Douglas Harris, his son on the 22nd Dec 1902; - since the 22nd Dec 1902 George Douglas Harris has been in full and undisturbed possession; - Henry Harris died on the 29th Apr 1907; - draft approved and signed by Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
