    Copy will of Isaac Beak of Little Lemhill, Lechlade [Gloucestershire]: - appointing Robert Miller of Fairford [Gloucestershire], George Beak of Stanford Farm in Southrop and Daniel Beak of Ashton Keynes [Wiltshire], yeoman as joint executors; Giving and bequeathing: - all household goods and accountable articles around my dwellinghouse and my four wheeled carriage and horse and harness to my wife Ann Beak; - all property at Milbourne, Malmesbury [Wiltshire] purchased from Daniel Smith and Doctor Roberts and a close of land called Caphill, Milbourne purchased from the trustees of Richard Saunders unto Robert Miller and George Beak to the use of my son Daniel Beak for his life, after to Ellen Beak his wife, after to the use of their children; - property including farm house and cottages at Alvescott [Oxfordshire] unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak to the use of my daughter Mary Ann Howell for her life, after to Henry Howell, her husband, after to the use of their children; - dwellinghouse with gardens, outbuildings, woodland etc. occupied together with two cottages lately erected and situate in the several parishes of Broughton Poggs [Oxfordshire], Lechlade [Gloucestershire] and Langford [Berkshire] commonly called Little Lemhill Farm; several pieces of land with buildings thereon in Lechlade commonly called Bryworth Farm; Starveall Farm, Lechlade of 37a 3r 21p recently purchased from Pyrse Coveden, esquire unto Robert Miller and Daniel Beak to the use of son, George Beak for his life, after deceased to the use of his wife, Matilda Beak, after to the use of their children; - £700 chargeable on Lemhill, Bryworth and Starveall estates to son Daniel Beak; - £400 to trustees for the benefit of daughter Ellen; - cottage, garden and 3 closes of land at Milbourne purchased from the Earl of Suffolk and other property at Milbourne purchased from Miss Exstone unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak to the use of my daughter, Ellen Beak during her life, after to the use of any husband, after to the use of their children; - Messuage, farm house, outbuildings and pieces of land at Marston Meysey [Wiltshire] now in the occupation of John Hewer unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak upon trust that they sell, invest and direct £2500 and interest thereon unto daughter, Ellen, after to husband, after to all their children; - remainder of profit from sale of Marston estate unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak upon trust to pay and divide same unto two sons, Daniel and George and two daughters, Mary Ann and Ellen; - 12 cottages at Westrop, Highworth [Wiltshire] with gardens in the occupation of Richard Begg and others; piece of ground of 3a at Highworth late in the occupation of Maurice Smith together with a messuage lately built on part of the same land and occupied by Thomas Ackling; piece of garden ground of 1a 2r at Westrop in the occupation of Ephraim Hedges; two pieces of pasture land of 11a 32p at Westrop in the occupation of Thomas Ackling; all other property at Highworth and elsewhere in the counties of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak upon trust to permit my wife, Ann Beak to enjoy the rents and profits of the last mentioned property for her natural life, after to sell and pay proceeds between two sons, George and Daniel and two daughters, Mary Ann and Ellen; - all securities for money and residue of personal estate unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak upon trust to collect and convert into money and to invest £1000 and pay interest and income arising to said wife for her life, after to 4 children; - remainder of personal property and interest thereon unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak for the benefit of my four children; - all real estate which at time of death be vested in me as trustee and mortgage unto Robert Miller, George Beak and Daniel Beak subject to the existing trusts and equity of redemptions. - intended to be witnessed and signed by John Fowler of Eastleach, Turville [Gloucestershire]; - proved: 9th Oct 1860; - effects sworn under £5000; - testator died on the 10th Sep 1860.
