    Manor of Millow alias Milhow, Dunton Admission Miss Louisa Mary Pryor, spinster of Baldock, Hertfordshire, represented by John Dew Fairey, her attorney, came before George Day, Steward, at his office in Saint Neots, Hunts and represented that at a court held on 23 June 1845 Morris Pryor esq then of Baldock was admitted tenant to (a) 13ac 1r 16p copyhold land in Redfield, Millow (b) 2 messuages with yards, gardens, orchards and buildings, 1 close containing 2ac pasture at Millow (c) 1ac 1r 30p copyhold land in Green Yard Close in the Red field, Dunton to hold according to the custom of the manor with one equal half in trust for John Pryor esq of Baldock Recites will 1870 of Morris Pryor who died 12 Nov 1871, father of LMP; he devised to Alfred Pryor of Hatfield, Herts and Henry Maclean Pryor of Clifton, Bedfordshire all estates of which he was Trustee, and to LMP, his daughter and only child, all real estate LMP was admitted and delivered seizin by the court to a moiety of the copyhold land to which MP was admitted in 1845
