Tullock, inspector for engineering department of the Local Government Board to inspect the churchyard; - extracts from meeting minutes of the Ampthill Rural District Council; - letter from Local Government Board: for the protection of public health, the opening of a new burial ground in Millbrook should be prohibited; - solicitor's notes concerning the 1855 Burial Act; - letter from Frederic Thomas Tanqueray concerning a proposal by Millbrook Parish Meeting that the churchyard should be enlarged; - extract from a vestry meeting where it was unanimously resolved that the present churchyard be enlarged and the offer of the Duke of Bedford of a piece of land containing 30 poles subject to the Parish providing fencing be accepted.
