Refers specifically to covenants relating to the erection of houses… ‘The executors of the late Mr Butt have been in negotiation with a likely purchaser for the sale to him of the property but his solicitors advised him that if he purchased he might be called on at anytime to erect the Houses and abide by the other stipulations and conditions’.
