Property: (a) Piece of ground at Rads End, Eversholt of 39p, together with the building, formerly 2 cottages standing thereon [plan shows that the property is on Tingrith Road and near the Falcon Inn]. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (v) subject to the trusts declared in an indenture dated the 11th Jul 1907 and made between (iv) and (v). - intended to be witnessed and signed by Robert Hobourn.
