    Copy will of Henry Bird of Heath, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, yeoman. - intending to surrender all copyhold property holden of the manor of Leighton Buzzard otherwise Grovebury in the County of Bedford and Slapton in the County of Bucks to the use of this will; - permitting wife Mary to… 'reside in the new end of my house where I now dwell and also to make use of the lower barn next the street of Heath'; giving, willing and devising: - all freehold and copyhold property in the Counties of Beds and Bucks unto my three brothers: Richard, John and Thomas Bird as tenants in common, subject to the annuity or yearly sum of £25 unto 'my loving wife' Mary Bird; - all furniture in said house to said wife; - £20 unto said wife; - £30 unto Johanna Bird, spinster; - £5 unto Elizabeth Buckmaster, spinster, daughter of Henry Buckmaster, late of Houghton Regis, Beds, blacksmith; - all stock in the farming business, all corn, grain and hay, certain household implements and all personal estate not already bequeathed unto my said three brothers. - said three brothers to be executors; - original copy witnessed and signed by John Kempster, Thomas Kempster and Edward Ashwell.
