    Copy of a declaration made by Martha Geary (nee Snagg) wife of John Geary of Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, victualler concerning the declaration of uses of her estate after the death of her husband according to the power reserved to her by her marriage settlement (see copy at R6/63/3/6) Mentions amongst other things: - those present when declaration was made: Thomas Stigby of Newport Pagnell, labourer; Thomas Waller of same, brickmaker and Susannah Maleing of same, wife of John Maleing, labourer; - first declaration of use: messuage in Woburn commonly called the Robin Hood and Little John now in the occupation of Fensham Costin to the use of Daniel Green, son of John Green of Bedford, bricklayer for ever [see R6/63/3]; - second declaration of use: messuage or tenement standing in Woburn now or late in the several occupations of Francis Webdale and Elizabeth Gray commonly called the Green Man to the use of Thomas Cawne and Francis Monk of Wavendon, Buckinghamshire, yeoman for 500 years subject to the following trusts: after the end or the sooner determination of the said term - to the use of my nephew Joseph Monk of Heath and Reach, Beds, yeoman; my brother Francis Monk of Aspley Guise, Beds, yeoman; my sister Elizabeth Pearce of Marston Moretain, widow and my sister Hannah Geeves of Woburn, widow; - subject to the payment of £20 to Martha daughter of James Franks of Woburn, shopkeeper and £5 to Mary daughter of Lewis Snagg late of Croydon, Surrey, yeoman, deceased; - witnessed and signed by John Brown.
