- In consideration of £27 (i) conveys (a) to (ii).

(a) toft or piece of ground where a tenement lately stood in the W end of Woburn, late in the occupation of Joseph Marshall 'and were burnt down by the late dreadful fire', bounded E and W between the ground sold by (i) to James Perkins and Elizabeth his wife and S by Abbey Lane' 'containing by estimation eight hundred and forty nine feet and eleven inches'.
Habendum:
- unto and to the only use of (ii).
- signed by (i);
- witnessed and signed by Thomas Reddall and Thomas Roe;
- reverse also signed by William Whelpley and Daniel Snagg [his mark].
