(i) Daniel Gyles of Winslow, Buckinghamshire, linen draper and William Gyles (son and heir of Daniel by Beatrice his wife late called Beatrice Taylor) and Mary his wife;
(ii) Sarah Houghton of Woolston, Buckinghamshire, widow and Joseph Grey of Woburn, Beds, tailor and Mary his wife.
Operative:
- In consideration of £8/8/6 (i) conveys (a) to (ii).
Property:
(a)… 'That piece of ground whereupon tenements of the said Daniel Gyles and William Gyles or one of them lately stood in the West end of Woburne aforesaid and were burned down in the late dreadfull fire which happened', bounded E and W between the ground sold by (i) to James Perkins and Elizabeth his wife and S by Abbey Lane.
Habendum:
- unto and to the use of Sarah Houghton for her natural life;
- after, to the use of Joseph Grey and Mary his wife for the term of their lives,
- after the survivor of them, to the use of their heirs.
