Gotobed dated 10th Aug 1801 concerning a comparison of the property as described in the abstract and court rolls: - 'The admission of Rich[ar]d & John Wich to the 2/5th parts surrendered by Mary Chowne do not appear upon the rolls in any poss[ess]ion, but I suppose that must have been admitted in some former courts'. Includes an attached abstract of title of the late Stephen Taylor to two cottages or tenements in the SW end of Woburn with premises; - Signed by James & Rose on the 7th Jul 1801: (I) Court Baron, Manor of Woburn Abbotts dated 17th Oct 1743: Admission of Jonathan Butler on the death of Mary Butler; (II) Court Baron, Manor of Woburn Abbotts dated 17th Oct 1743: Surrender of Jonathan Butler and admission of Thomas Butler to hold to the use of Jonathan; (III) R6/63/7/9 (IV) Court Baron, Manor of Woburn Abbotts dated 25th Jun 1785: Admission of Jonathan Butler; (V) R6/63/7/17.
