Letter from Thomas Hornbuckle, deputy registrar of the Archdeaconry of Bedford to Messrs. James and Rose of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire concerning an unsuccessful search for either a will or administration for John Taylor of Woburn, wheelwright. Reverse contains a scribbled note that reads… 'Searched the Prerogative Court I find neither will nor admin[istration] of John Taylor late of Woburn Beds Wheelwright searched by Rose & Mannings'.
