Terms of agreement: - (i) to have right to build on W side of ground belonging to (ii), lying between the said newly erected messuage and the existing messuage of (ii); - (i) or the tenants and occupiers of the newly erected messuage to have right of passage over same; - (ii) or tenants of his property to have right to have water belonging to the pump of the newly erected messuage. - signed by (i) and (ii); - witnessed and signed by Thomas Hassall and William Bodinson.
