Agreement Parties: (i) Benjamin Willis of Woburn, Beds, carpenter; (ii) Thomas Butler of same, taylor; Reciting: - (i) is erecting a messuage on ground rented from the Duke of Bedford on lease for 40 years situate in a street called Horse Fair, Woburn adjoining a house and ground belonging and in the occupation of (ii). Terms of agreement: - (i) to have right to build on W side of ground belonging to (ii), lying between the said newly erected messuage and the existing messuage of (ii); - (i) or the tenants and occupiers of the newly erected messuage to have right of passage over same; - (ii) or tenants of his property to have right to have water belonging to the pump of the newly erected messuage. - signed by (i) and (ii); - witnessed and signed by Thomas Hassall and William Bodinson.
