Reciting: - court dated 4th Dec 1706 whereby Francis Huckle surrendered (a-b) to the use of Richard Wick of Woburn, fisherman & Sarah his wife for their life, after to the use of John Wick, nephew of Richard for the term of 21 years; - court dated 1st Oct 1707 whereby Margaret & Sarah Chowne surrendered (c) to the use of Richard Wick & Sarah his wife for their life, after to the use of John Wick, nephew of Richard for the term of 21 years; - court dated 27th Sep 1722 whereby John Wick was admitted to (a-c) which was then in the occupation of Jonathan Butler for the term of 21 years; - court dated 16th Mar 1725 whereby John Wick surrendered (a-c) to the use of Jonathan Butler for his life, remainder to his wife Mary, after decease, to lawful heirs. Operative: - admission of Jonathan Butler and Mary his wife to (a-c). Property: (a) part of a tenement with all outhouses, gardens etc. at the SW end of Woburn then in the occupation of William Taylor; (b) Moiety of a pightle of garden land or ground at the S of (a) then in the occupation of Robert Singfield; (c) two parts of five equal parts of a messuage or tenement in Woburn formerly in the occupation of John Wick then William Taylor. Habendum: - unto and to the use of Jonathan Butler for his natural life; - remainder to his wife; - after their decease, to the use of the rightful heir; - rent: £-/2/2; - fine: £-/4/4. - Examined and signed by Humphry Smith and Joseph Willoughby.
