    'High-relief Sculpture by a Miss Butler, London. From a drawing by a "lady at whose house in London Howard lodged before starting on his last journey. Used in a small book published in London a few weeks after his death." The sculpture photographed and "sent to Mr Galkine Vraskoi (President of the International Prisons' Congress, St. Petersburg, 1890) by Dr F Moriat of London. Engraved at St. Petersburg for a brochure.... this is a photo of that engraving." It shows Howard entering a prison door. Photo by Tuohy.
