- TitleOccurrence Report of PC Eli Bayes stationed at Biggleswade. He was on duty in the High Street, Biggleswade when he saw George Rowlett, labourer of Biggleswade, drunk while in charge of a Horse and Trap. The horse belonged to Rowlett. He left the Cron Inn yard and drove up the High Street at full trot. He turned up the opening between Mr Chew's and Mr Crouch's premises and backed out again and continued up the High Steet at full trot. PC Bayes sent another man home with the Horse and Trap and summons Rowlett. Fine 10/-, costs 8/-.
