Information of Sam Taylor Illsley, Poulterer of Biggleswade that he employed Jabez Taylor of Biggleswade to take 15 fowls to Chas Keffords in Sutton. He told him to charge 1/9 each, if he could not get that to bring them back. When he returned he said that Chas Kefford had kept the fowls and would pay for them on Saturday. Jabez Taylor was suspected of taking the money paid for the fowls, £1 6/-
