Mentions amongst other things: - Consent by Toddington Parish Council to divert the footpath; - Notice for such diversion which appeared in the Luton Advertiser Feb - Mar 1909; - Views of the said justices… 'We found that the said Footway may be diverted as before mentioned so as to make the same more commodious to the public and that the said proposed diversion will be more commodious to the public in that the part of the said footpath from the roadway leading from Leighton Buzzard to Harlington to the point 'A' marked on the said plan will be metalled'; - William Joseph Hobbs, owner of the land which the new footway is proposed to be made through; - Order by the clerk of the peace that the said footway be stopped up and diverted as set forth in the said certificate.
