Reciting: - Will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated the 7th May 1861. - Francis 7th Duke of Bedford died on the 14th May 1861. - Conveyance dated 27th Jan 1888 between (1) William Edward Sackville West and Sackville Arthur Cecil, then the trustees of the said will (2) The Most Noble Francis Charles Hastings, Duke of Bedford (3) (i). - (i) by mistake omitted to fence off (a) from the adjoining land forming part of the Duke of Bedford's estate. Operative: - In consideration of £58/15/- (i) releases and conveys (a) unto (iii). Property: (See two attached plans) (a) Piece or parcel of land of 1a 0r 27p in the parish of Chenies, Buckinghamshire [Chorley Wood]. Plans show that the property lies to the E of Chorley Wood Station and N & S of the Metropolitan & Great Central Railway. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the trusts stated in the recited will. Intended to be witnessed and signed by W.B. Lawrence of the Bedford Office, Montagu Street, London, W.C. and W.W. Brown, secretary of (i).
