Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor: - Appointing husband Frederick John Coleman and my brother Edward Henry Tompkins executors & trustees. Giving & devising: - My house known as Clifton House, Dunstable Road, Luton to said husband until death, then to said brother now residing at Splott Road, East Moor, Cardiff. - All wearing apparel to sister Ann Powell. - Residue of real & personal estate to trustees upon trust to sell, call in and pay proceeds equally between John Charles Fowler, James Kingston Fowler, Frederick John Flint, the said Ann Powell Thomas Tompkins and Edward Henry Tompkins. - Witnessed by Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor & Charles Herbert his clerk.
