Letter from F.J. Coleman of Clifton House, Dunstable Road, Luton to F.T. Tanqueray: - Higgins agreement to hand with thanks. I understand Mr. Cumberland sent you his valuation very reasonable. I should think the house certainly would not sell for more than £900 though I gave £1000 for it. - I shall be at home on the 1st of June and will then discuss with Mr. Hobourn as to my will which I shall make at once. I think after tomorrows sale it will turn out best for me that I took the £81/5/- to settle Higgins a/c.
