Not to scale: The scribbled notes read: - Whole plot (pink, yellow & green) sold by Burge to Whitbread 28th Dec 1887; - Whitbread sold green plot to Woodland 31st Dec 1887; - Whitbread sold yellow plot to Wells 31st Dec 1887; - Wells sold yellow plot to Rushbrooke on the 31st May 1903; - There is no mention of lights in any of the deeds; - Whitbread sold pink plot to Sharpe Sharpe sold pink plot to Rushbrooke but no questions arises on them; - Rushbrooke owns all pink plot & white one; - This piece [separate property identified on the plan] was sold by Whitbread to [?] Whinfield & by the latter to Rushbrooke. We have no drafts (does not come into our question); - Woodland's old house (and his new one) were & is on the green plot Well's (now J.R.) on the yellow.
