Letter from W.T. Sharpe of Woburn Street, Ampthill, builder, contractor etc. to Mr. J. Rushbrooke: - I have an engagement with a Mr. J.R. Brown Architect of Luton (Castle Street Chambers) for 11 o'clock this morning and I had to meet him at Woodlands property adjoining White Horse Yard; - he was there with Woodland D.D. Mann [?] I found afterwards in conversation with him that he was making a plan of the property to prove Woodlands boundary & that it was not as shown on his deeds; - he told me they had ample evidence to prove there were old windows in the cottages standing on this site looking onto your property.
