After her death to her children. To daughter Elizabeth Purton for life 14a in open fields of Totternhoe, The Pightle, Homestead etc and 5 cottages purchased of Thomas Pratt - 2 cottages erected by testator on said pightleand now occupied by Brooks and Stairssituate at Lower End, Totternhoe and after her death to her children. To daughter Frances Turvey for life: - 16a 2r land in open fields of Totternhoe, purchased at Miss Hunt's sale. - 2 cottages at Church End, Totternhoe, occupied by Andrews and Turvey after her decease to her children. To Sarah, wife of J A Beart for life:- 3 messuages in Victoria Street, Dunstable, occupied by James Alfred Beart and 2 others, after her decease to daughter Ada Purton and other children. To use of John Pratt, Elizabeth Purton and Robert Gadsden: - House, shop in Oxford Street, Aylesbury, Bucks on trust to apply rents and profits to bring up Ada Purton, daughter of Sarah Beart. To be assigned to her at 21. To daughters as tenants in common: - Estate and effects not hereinbefore disposed of.
