Appointment of new trustees Parties: (i) Arthur Grimsagh Cecil Grimshawe, Captain in H.M. Army (retired) and Mabel Irene Grimshawe, his wife, both of 14 Queen's Gate, London. (ii) Emma Lawrence Elin of Ardleigh Park, Colchester, Essex, widow. Reciting: - Marriage Settlement (9th Oct 1890). - Emily Mary Grimshawe died on the 20th Feb 1897; Arthur Knox Lindsell died on the 1st Dec 1924; Arthur Lucas died on the 17th Feb 1926 and Sir. Charles Robert Salisbury Payne, baronet died on the 16th Oct 1942. - George Herbert Augustus Elin (sole surviving trustee of the marriage settlement dated 9th Oct 1890) died on the 4th Oct 1944 and his will was proved on the 29th Jan 1945 by Emma Lawrence Elin. - Emma Lawrence Elin is desirous of being discharged from the trusts contained within the above settlement. Operative: - (i) appoint themselves trustees of the marriage settlement dated 9th Oct 1890 in place of Charles Robert Salisbury Payne, deceased and (ii). - (a-b) is now transferred to (i).
