Deed of revocation and appointment by Emily Mary Grimshawe of Goldington Grange, Beds, widow. Reciting: - Settlement dated 7th Feb 1866 between (1) Charles Livius Grimshawe and Emily Mary Grimshawe (2) Salisbury Gillies Payne and Henry Robert Vaughan Johnson. - Deed poll of appointment by Charles Livius Grimshawe and Emily Mary Grimshawe dated 31st May 1863. - Charles Livius Grimshawe died on the 1st Apr 1887. - Intended marriage between Arthur Grimsagh Cecil Grimshawe and Mabel Irene Elin. Operative: - In exercise of the power given and reserved for Emily Mary Grimshawe under the recited deeds, she revokes the appointment made in the said deed poll and appoints that the trustees of the recited settlement shall at her time of death stand possessed of the respective sums of £2000 London and South Western Railway Stock and £8500 Great Western Railway 4 ½ per cent debenture stock upon trust for Arthur Grimsagh Cecil Grimshawe. - Signed by Emily Mary Grimshawe. - Witnessed and signed by J.A.
