Reciting: - X899/5/13. - X899/5/14. - X899/5/16. - X899/5/17. - Principal sum of £1138/10/10 remains owing on the recited mortgage and further charges by (i) to the trustees of the London & County Joint Stock Banking Company. - Principal sum of £411/9/2 remains owing on the recited mortgage by (i) to the trustees of the Luton Permanent Benefit Building Society. Operative: - In consideration of (ii) taking on the burden to pay the said mortgage debts, (i) conveys all his right & interest in (a-c) to (ii). Property(a-c) As at X899/5/12 although the description has been slightly revised: (a) Messuage or tenement and premises lying in Wellington Street, Luton, Beds now in the occupation of the Luton Water Company; bounded on the SW by a messuage or tenement formerly of John Gray, then Joseph Andrews and now Malcolm Kelly. (b) Messuage or tenement and premises adjoining (a) at Wellington Street now in the occupation of the Luton Water Company; bounded on the NE by a messuage and premises of William Anstee. (c) Piece or parcel of ground at the rear of (a-b); bounded on the NW by (a-b) and premises of George Carter and William Anstee.
