Operative: - In consideration of £295 paid to (i), (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (a) Piece or parcel of ground at Wellington Street, Luton, bounded on NE by a messuage and premises late in the occupation of Barnard Wolf and since of John Wiseman, NW by a messuage and premises formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Spencer and late of John Plummer and on the SE by property late of Edward Waller, esquire... 'And also the messuage or tenement with the stable and outbuildings lately erected and built by the said John Gray on the said piece or parcel of ground late in the occupation of John Beeby and afterwards of Benning and also that stone wall erected on said property which divides the property from the ground formerly in the occupation of Barnard Wolf and late of John Wiseman'. - By power of the recited conveyance dated 13th Dec 1843, occupiers of the adjoining premises formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Spencer and John Plummer reserve the right of way over a passage leading from Wellington Street, along the S side of the said messuage and into and from the garden belonging to the adjoining premises in the occupation of John Plummer.
