    Release Parties: (i) John Gostelow of Woburn, Beds, innholder and Mary his wife (nee Mary Crouch), one of the daughters and coheiress' of James Crouch late of Dunstable, Beds, bricklayer, deceased and also granddaughter and devisee named in the will of Robert Crouch late of Dunstable, bricklayer. (ii) Hannah Cook of Dunstable, widow, before Hannah Crouch, the other of the two daughters and coheiress' of the said James Crouch and also granddaughter and devisee named in the will of Robert Crouch. (iii) Stephen Taylor of Woburn, Beds, wheelwright. Operative: - In consideration of £125 (i) conveys one undivided moiety of (a-i) to (ii). Property: (a) Messuage or tenement standing and being in the South Street of Dunstable which is now and for several years past been used as a Public House and been called or known by the name of the Saracens Head and was hereafter in the occupation of James Cumberland afterwards of John London and now of the said Hannah Cook, abutting towards W by the Common Highway known as Watling Street near a pond called Fryers Pond, N by the cottage or tenement of Robert Crouch, deceased (being one of the cottages whereof a moiety is here conveyed) herebefore in the occupation of Mary Hopkins, widow and afterwards of Mr. Field & S by another cottage or tenement also once of Robert Crouch, deceased then Thomas Crouch and Lettice his wife and late of the said James Crouch (being another of the cottages whereof a moiety is here conveyed) which was heretofore in the occupation of Philip Cowley and now (ii). (b) All that Malting House or Malthouse some time since converted into and now used as stabling adjoining (a) situate and being in the South Street of Dunstable. (c) Barn at South Street, Dunstable in the backyard containing three bays of building. (d) Orchard belonging to (a) lying near South Street; bounded E by close called the Pryory; S by ground of Humphrey Daniell & W whereon a barn of Robert Crouch once stood called the Upper Barn… 'which has been since pulled down' (e) Messuage or tenement situate at Dunstable where William Lawrence heretofore dwelt and wherein Angles now dwells. (f) Two cottages or tenements at Dunstable where Thomas Atkins & Philip Cowley heretofore dwelt and which are now in the several occupations of (i) and Sarah Yates. (g) Toft of ground where once stood a tiled barn which has been some time since pulled down. This ground laid into and is part of (d). (h) One garden which adjoins the backside of (g). (i) Messuage or tenement which was heretofore in the occupation of Mary Hopkins afterwards Mr. Field since of Elizabeth Crouch and which is now in the occupation of (ii) having been laid into and made apart of (a). Covenants: - (i) & (ii) covenant to levy a fine on (a-i) to (iii) on the understanding that (iii) shall stand and be seized of (a-i) to the use of (ii). - Signed by (i) & (iii). - Witnessed and signed by Edmund Chandless & James Willoughby.
