Reciting: - X899/4/2. - The intended marriage between (i) being the consideration of the settlement took effect and Robert Crouch and Thomas Crawley are both since deceased. Property: (a) Messuage or tenement standing in the South Street of Dunstable wherein John Cumberland lately dwelled abutting towards W by the Common Highway known as Watling Street near a pond called Fryers Pond; N by the cottage or tenement of Robert Crouch and towards S by a cottage or tenement late of Robert Crouch and now in the occupation of Phillip Cowley. (b) All that Maltinghouse used with and adjoining (a) situate and standing in the South Street of Dunstable. (c) Barn at South Street, Dunstable in the backyard containing three bays of building. (d) Orchard belonging to (a) lying near South Street; bounded E by close called the Pryory; S by ground of Humphrey Daniell & W by a barn of Robert Crouch called the Upper Barne. - Same rights of passageway as stated at X899/4/2.
