Property: (a) One barn containing three bays of building in Totternhoe, Eaton Bray with the ground whereon the barn standeth, also one orchard and garden adjoining and belonging, also one close or pightle of pasture ground belonging of ½ acre lying on the N side of the said orchard; Beaks Lane on the N and the ground of Robert Iremonger on the W.
