    Occurrence Report of Thomas Vincent, Sergeant of Police stationed at Potton. At 7.30 pm he was on duty at Everton and saw a waggon drawn by 6 hourses on the High Road in Everton. There were 2 men in charge, William Milton of Abbotsley, Hunts and William Barford of Eynesbury , Hunts,and they were riding in the waggon. Thomas Vincent told them he would summons them for riding withour reins. The horses and waggon belonged to Isaac Bradshaw, Farmer, of Abbotsley. Each fined 5/-.
