    Thomas Dycons of Stambrege, husbandman, made 14 July 1550, no note of probate. "Furst I bequeth my Soull to our savyor Jesus Criste my Redemer And my body to be bured in the Churche yerde of Stambreg aforsaid". To the mother church of Lincoln 2d. For his mortuary as "right and lawe shall admitte". To the high altar in the church of Stambrege for tithes and offerings forgotten 4d.. To the mending of the high ways within the parish of Stambrege where most need is 4 loads of stone, which are to be carried by son John Dycons immediately after testator's death. To Thomas Ellington, his daughter's son, a ewe sheep. To William Perat half a quarter of barley. To William the son of John Dycons two two-year-old bullocks. To testator's daughter's son Thomas Williams half a quarter of barley. Concerning his lands and tenements, his wife Agnes Decons is to have the messuage which testator late bought of Thomas Bawdrey for her natural life, holding it from the chief lord of the fee, and after her death the property to remain to testator's son John Dycons and the heirs of his body. He instructs the feoffees who are enfeoffed in his messuage to use of testator and Agnes his wife, to hold it to the uses of his will. Residue to wife Agnes, who is an executrix with the other executor William Draper otherwise called Rawlinges, he to have 3s. 4d.. Witnesses Thomas Bawdrye, Thomas Terle the younger, John Terle.
