- TitleCopy statutory declaration of William Cobb of Woburn, gentleman: - he was 69; - he knew Elizabeth Skinner, late of Woburn, widow, deceased, who died in Feb 1854 and was buried at Woburn, having devised in her will copyhold land to her sister Ann Tye for her life, remainder to testator's nephew Samuel Salisbury; - Ann Tye died in Dec 1858 and was buried at Woburn; - Samuel Salisbury occasionally resided in Woburn but in 1853 emigrated to Australia and died at Ballarat in Mar 1854, intestate and a bachelor and in destitute circumstances "being in immediate want of the common necessaries of life"; letters of administration for his estate were granted to Ann Tye in PCC in Dec 1855; - sworn before W.F.W.Bird of 5 Grays Inn Square [Middlesex]
