    Copy will of William Hurley of Woburn, plumber, glazier, painter and innholder: - bequeathing £400 to his son Joseph; - if his wife Maria desired to give up the business of plumber, glazier and painter she was to give first refusal to Joseph who was to take the implements etc. "at a fair valuation"; - bequeathing £5 each to his trustees William Shepherd of Woburn, agricultural implement maker and George Rock of Woburn, farmer; - devising all his real estate to his wife for her life; - bequeathing residue of his personal estate to his wife (with power of sale); - devising all his real estate, after the death of his wife, to William Shepherd and George Rock upon trust for sale, giving his eldest son then each successive son, then each successive daughter first refusal; sale monies to be divided equally between all the children, except Joseph, once they became 21; - appointing Maria executrix and William Shepherd and George Rock executors; - education of the children to be the responsibility of Maria for her life, then the trustees; - witnesses: Thomas Day of Woburn, attorney; William Harland and C.R.Day his clerks Will proved in PCC on 25 Jun 1821
