    "I commende my soull Immortall unto the great marcy of God my maker redemer and sanctyfyer and my mortall corryptable body unto the grounde to be bured in the chansell of Sanct Marys aforsaid". To her brother Boivill her "nutt with the cover of the same"; to her sister Gage the £4 that testator lent her "and she to have hir plege agayne "; to George Gage a silver spoon; to Mary Gage a silver spoon; to her brother Handcocke a silver spoon; to Sir John Harington knight testator's best gold ring; to John Handcocke the bedstead that testator lies in with the mattress, featherbed, bolster, pillow, tester, and hangings, and a pair of blankets of fustian, a pair of "threleved" sheets, testator's best counterpane, the silver salt with the cover, a silver spoon and £10; to Elzabeth Hancocke £3 6s. 8d., a gold ring and a silver spoon; to Alis Handcocke £3 6s. 8d., a gold ring and a silver spoon; to her nephew Richard Calton £3 6s. 8d., a silver spoon and a pair of sheets; to Richard Blackewall testator's silver spoon and silver piece and a silver spoon; to Elezabeth Handcock and Alys Handcocke a pair of sheets each; to Master Russell a silver and gilt spoon; to Mistress Russell testator's long coffer and a pair of candlesticks; to her cousin John Smyth 20s.; to Margret Shuckbrough testator's little silver cup with the cover, a silver spoon, a cow, a pair of sheets and £4 in money; To Joan Dudde testator's servant 40s., a cow, one of testator's gowns (whichever she will), a pair of sheets, the little hovel of faggots To the same Jone Dudde and to Elezabeth Stannesmore for the term of their lives, the remaining years of testator's copyhold property where Derling dwells, with reversion to the heirs of testator's house. To Elezabeth Stanesmore a featherbed, a cow, the counterpane from testator's bed, a silver spoon, a pair of sheets, a kerchief, a load of faggots and 26s. 8d.. To her servant Richard Pelis 6s. 8d. and another 6s. 8d. towards a black coat; to servant Luce Mores a cow, a mattress, and a pair of sheets; to Elezabeth Fox a silver spoon, a pair of sheets and 6s. 8d.; to Anne Preston a pair of sheets and 6s. 8d.; to Margery Preston a pair of sheets and 6s. 8d.; to the "poore mens hutche in Sanct Marys churche 20s"; to every poor household within the St. Mary's and St. Peter's parish 12d.; all the faggots not bequeathed to be distributed among the poor folk of the said parish. Towards the rough casting and plastering of St. Mary's church 40s.; to Master Maygote "all the ornamentes that dydde belong to myne autor , my beste maser and the yeres of my howse nexte Sawders ". The rest of her mazers to be distributed among her kindred where most need is. Residue to John Maygat and Thomas Russell "to disspose them to the glory of god and the consolation of my Soull" and they to be executors, with Sir John Harington knight supervisor, and to each of these three 40s.. Witnesses Nicholas Cowper, John Byrde, John Cockeman, John Preese "In whoys presens I have sette my Seale".
