    "Furste I bequeth my soull to Allmeghtie God trusteing only to his marcy hopeing to be saved only thrught the merytes of Jesu Criste" and burial in churchyard in parish of St. John of Flytton. To daughter Jane 20 sheep, 2 steers, a cow, a bullock, a cupboard, a featherbed with all that belongs to it, part of his pewter and part of his brass, and part of all the things that belong to his house, and on the day of her marriage 40s.. To his son John a cow, 6 sheep and 6s. 8d.. To son Thomas a cow, the sorrel colt and 6 sheep. To son Richard a cow, 6 sheep and 6s. 8d.. To son Renald a bullock and 40s. in money.
