"I bequeth my soull to Allmeghtie God to our lady Sanct Mary And to all the holy compeny of heven" and burial in the churchyard. To the poor man's box 12d..
To wife Elezabeth the goods she brought with her on her marriage, 4 acres of barley, 3 acres of pease and beans, 1 acre of wheat. "Item to bese [?two beasts] for a cowe and a calfe sold at Elnestowe Fayre".
To son Richard Soull a tyre for a cart and also nails for the same and an unmade-up cart body. To John Cockes son of Steven Cockes a weaning calf. To George Soull the son of Richard Soull one yearling. To Richard Soull (George Soull's brother) a yearling. To Nicholas Soull (another brother) a two year old cow bullock. The first calf of the same cow is to be given to William, another brother. To Steven Cockes the black "thille" horse. To testator's daughter Amy a three year old brown heifer. To Julyan Soull the daughter of Richard Soull the cupboard. To Elynor Pyllbe a cow.
