    "I bequeth my soull unto Allmeghtie God and to our lady Sanct Mary and to all the holy compeny of Heven" and burial in the churchyard of Elnestowe. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar 12d.. To son John 2 oxen, a mazer, 5 silver spoons, a featherbed and a great bolster. To daughter Agnes a black cow, 3 platters "of the greteste", a candlestick, a mattress, a pillow, a green coverlet, a great kettle, 3 pair of sheets and a bearing sheet. To daughter Jone a red hued cow, a candlestick, 2 great platters, a pewter dish, 3 pair of sheets, a bearing sheet and a great pot. To daughter Elzabeth a brown heifer, 2 platters, a candlestick, a pot, and 2 pair of sheets. Testator bequeaths two calves to the profit of his children John, Agnes and Johanne, and to these three children three acres of barley, 3 acres of pease, a half acre of wheat and a half acre of rye. To daughters Agnes and Jone 2 pillow beers each. Residue to wife Sexborowe sole executrix, to dispose of for his soul's health as she thinks best, and testator's father to be supervisor. Witnesses Richard Smyth, Robert Savage.
