"I bequeth my soull to God" and burial in the churchyard of Sanct Peters of Dunstable. To the poor man's box 6d. To wife Elzabeth and her heirs his house in the town of Dunstable and 2 acres and a rood of land in the hands of Master Markeham priest, and she to have the land for 10 years, paying to Master Markeham priest 2s. a year. To wife also all his goods, and she to be executrix and pay his debts, which are 44s. 8d. to Master Becheham and 2s. to Richard Reveton/Reneton. Witnesses Umfray Plumton priest and curate there, Robert Hasseley and John Svell.
