"I bequeth my soull unto Allmeghtie god And to his sonne Jesus criste our lorde in whoys merytes and passion I truste only to be saved". Burial in churchyard of Westonge. To daughter Phillippe Day on her marriage day in money or goods £6 13s. 4d.. Brother Robert Day to have 20s. to be paid by testator's son William Day. Residue to son William Day, who is to be executor, and he is charged with the keep of his mother Maryan for the term of her life with meat, drink and cloth. Should wife remarry then son to have all.
