Testament Soul to God, St. Mary, and the holy company in heaven, and burial in the church yard of St. Andrew the apostle in Ampthill. To the mother church of Lincoln 4d..To the high altar of Ampthill for tithes forgotten 3s. 4d.. To mending Hayselwod Layne 6s. 8d.. To every godchild 4d.. Residue to wife Sysseley to use for soul of testator and all Christians, and she to be executrix, with testator's son Henry Davy executor and Edward Russell supervisor, he to have 20s.. Will Concerning his property in parishes of Ampthill and Malden. His wife Sysley to have his house where he now dwells for her natural life, and on her death it is to go to son Henry Davy and his issue to be held of the chief lord of the fee by due service, but should Henry die without issue then all property to go to testator's daughter Jone Russell. Son Henry Davy to have lease of testator's farm Also to wife Syseley for life the house testator purchased of William But, late in the tenure of Thomas Hiche, and on wife's death this to descend to daughter Jone Russell and her heirs, and his farm also to go to Jone Russell after death of son Henry and his issue. To Agnes Morten wife of Edmund Bastians 6s. 8d.. Witnesses to the testament and last will sir Richard Dawnes parson of Ampthill, Edward Russell, Edmund Bastian.
