Will Concerning his property in parishes of Ampthill and Malden. His wife Sysley to have his house where he now dwells for her natural life, and on her death it is to go to son Henry Davy and his issue to be held of the chief lord of the fee by due service, but should Henry die without issue then all property to go to testator's daughter Jone Russell. Son Henry Davy to have lease of testator's farm Also to wife Syseley for life the house testator purchased of William But, late in the tenure of Thomas Hiche, and on wife's death this to descend to daughter Jone Russell and her heirs, and his farm also to go to Jone Russell after death of son Henry and his issue.
