- Scope and ContentSoul to almighty God, our lady Saint Mary and all the company of heaven, and burial in churchyard of Chalgrave. To the high altar there for tithes forgotten 6d.; to mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the poor men's box within the same church 2d.. To daughter Jone a bullock, a pair of sheets, 2 pewter platters and a brass pot. To son Robert 2 ox bullocks and a pair of sheets. To son Richard a brown bullock, 2 pewter platters, and a pair of sheets. If one of the children should die, then survivors to have their legacy divided between them. Wife Agnes to have the custody of children's bequests until they come to lawful age. Residue to wife Agnes, who is executrix "to brenng uppe my childerne and to disspose for the helth of my soull as she shall see expedyent" and testator's Father Waynwright to be supervisor. Witnesses John Osburbe, vicar of Chalgrave, Richard Boneyon, John Osborne, John Grome junior.
