    "Furst I bequeth my soull unto Almeghtie Jesu and my body to be bered within the church of our Lady in Luton". To the high altar of the same church for tithes forgotten 4d.. To the church of Lincoln 2d.. To son John Beche in money £5. To son William Beche in money £5. To son Thomas Beche in money £5. To daughter Agnes in money £3 6s. 8d.. To daughter Elzabeth in money £3 6s. 8d.. To each of his children a ewe sheep to be given them at testator's month day. Both sons and daughters to have their legacies at the age of 18, or before if they marry under that age. Should any child die before receiving his or her legacy, then it is to be divided among the unmarried children. To every godchild 2d.. Should testator's wife Margret remarry, then the new husband shall stand bond to testator's executors to deliver the money which has been left to the children. Should any child not wish to live with their new father-in-law then their legacy to be given into the hands of "an honeste and indeferent man at the Discrestion of my said executors". Residue to wife Margreat, executrix, and testator's brother-in- law Edward Crawley to be executor, to whom 3s. 4d.. Witnesses John Jonson priest, John Pytkynges, James Craunewell.
